Aluminium Windows – Digg & Co
A studio space like no other in the heart of Devon
Bringing beautiful new aluminium windows to the Digg & Co build.
In the project, we at Devonshire Windows worked alongside Digg & Co and OTF Construction. Digg & Co are a Devon based ecological design practice who work to create landscapes that unite the natural environment with the local architecture and ecology.
In May 2022, Digg & Co began work on their new studio space. The studio's frame was constructed out of oak and douglas fir with woodfibre insulation within the walls. They even added a green roof on top, which helps minimise the carbon footprint of the build.
We knew that Digg & Co were very conscious about maintaining thermal efficiency for their build so we chose windows that would not only allow in plenty of light but also help keep the warmth in during winter months.
