"Can I just say what a fantastic job the guys did - they were very hard working. They cleaned up very well and the house is now cleaner than it was when they started!
The windows are lovely and the front door is perfect - it is so good to be able to see through the glass unimpaired by condensation. Great job managing to bury the previously rather conspicuous electricity cable under the mortar beside the door frame - that was a real bonus.
It isn't an easy house, as there are no straight walls or lines anywhere. Mark did a great job communicating any questions and complications. It was a pleasure to have these guys here for three days, thank you to them all.”

The internal woodwork which was done by Owen is to an extremely high standard even rectifying a problem we had with the original windowsills. “To say I'm pleased with Devonshire Windows isn't doing them justice.
From the initial consultation to completion, they are, to put it mildly, "First Class".
The design stage was interesting and informative. The installation was outstanding. The fit and finish of the windows is excellent. The installers are professional; hardworking; tireless and very skilled. Plus they are genuinely very nice human beings; polite; courteous and thoughtful. Before I arrived on the scene they had already rolled out the protective film over the carpets and hardwood flooring, they were so courteous and respectful, asking permission before moving furniture etc. I was fascinated with the ease at which they proceeded. Especially as they were working 40' above the road on scaffolding for much of the time. Even "Bubbles" the crane operator was incredibly skilled lifting the largest of the windows to the required height for the installation team.
After installation (day 2) they cleaned up as though they had never been there, except for the fact I have lovely new windows.
Last but not least, it was a pleasure working with a well organised and professional office manager / project coordinator by the name of Jordan. She was always on top of the project, possessing articulate communication skills and even worked on days off to ensure I was informed of the progress prior to commencement.
I heartily recommend Devonshire Windows to anyone wanting a first class window installation.”

Just wanted to drop you a line ref the behaviour and approach taken by your fitting team whilst at Wren Cottage. Whilst feedback is not always required I feel there are times when it definitely is.
Having used many subcontractors over the years, I’ve seen a variety of ‘modus operandi' as you can imagine. I have to say that Mark, Owen, Tommy & Dan have been amazing. I don’t give praise lightly (as you well know) but on this occasion I feel compelled to tell you... Nothing has been too much trouble, their experience and commitment to doing the job right has really shone through, fantastic.

They really understand their product, I find the product knowledge so important to my clients and me as a contractor. Richard and his team are the best In the business and a pleasure to work with.
The fitting terms are always very friendly and professional. They also be have a vast knowledge of the product and how it needs to be installed correctly, again this is so important especially on new-builds where we come against the infamous air-test (never had one fail yet) this is down to how they prepare the windows prior to installation.
